Ms. Cohen is a graduate of Barnard College, Columbia University, with a BA degree in Economics. Her background includes 20+ years on Wall Street where she was an Institutional Fixed Income Salesperson, specializing in Mortgage Securities. Her career included working in Hong Kong, Tokyo, London, and New York selling/trading mortgage securities to Central Banks, Hedge Funds and other Institutions. Ms. Cohen worked at major firms including Drexel Burnham, Salomon Brothers, Kidder Peabody, and Lehman Brothers, were she was a Senior VP in the Mortgage Department. During the "second chapter" of her life, Nancy utilized her financial skills and became a loan originator at First Magnus (Great Southwest Mortgage). She then went on to specialize in reverse mortgages at Wells Fargo, and Sun Valley Financial. On a personal note, Nancy is very active in a volunteer program called Patient Pride at the Virgin Piper Cancer Center. She lives with her four legged child, and is an avid swimmer.
